Tim Mullen is Executive Director of the Colorado Retirement Association (CRA), a position he has held since 2020. He previously served as CRA’s Chief Financial Officer from 2005 to 2020. A CPA with more than 20 years of experience in finance and retirement plan administration, Tim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Colorado State University.
